Full counting gives each linked funder one complete publication credit. For example, if a publication lists three funders in PubMed's GrantList, it counts once for each funder—not one third each as fractional counting would. Every GWAS Catalog study accession from that publication is included in each linked funder's filtered view, so funder totals overlap and must not be added together.
Search funding organisations
Full counting gives each named cohort one complete credit for every GWAS Catalog study accession linked to it. If an accession names three cohorts, that accession—and its full recorded participant and ancestry profile—appears in each cohort's filtered view, rather than contributing one third to each under fractional counting. Cohort totals therefore overlap and are not additive; they describe published GWAS linked to a cohort, not the cohort's overall demographics.

Compare funders and cohorts

Compare two selections with the same study stage, publication years and ancestry denominator definition.

Leave a field empty to include all. Multiple choices within a field match any choice; a funder and cohort selection must both match. Selection A starts with your current dashboard selection.

Each chart keeps its own year and filters. For a figure, use that chart's image button: SVG and PNG bundles include its plotted CSV and provenance. Bubble SVGs include a raster layer.
